The origin of BullHorse is a tweet from Cz's wife.
Bullhorse is a narrative initiated by Yi He (何一), co-founder of Binance, in a tweet on July 31, 2025. Yi He referred to herself as a "bullhorse" (niúmǎ) alongside a supporting image. Driven by Yi He’s "bullhorse" narrative, the community team took the lead in promoting this theme, rallying participants with the slogan: "We are all bullhorses."
